Gearing Up

What does one do when one is about to enter a biggest loser weight loss contest? (Apart from affecting the dialogue of the Queen of England) One eats of course. And this is what one eats:

A deliciously, sinful (and so easy to make) s'more cookie bar (I'm not admitting to how many I have already eaten--but I will say that I resisted having one for breakfast, barely). Recipe found here. I used Symphony bars instead of Hersey (cause Hersey bars are just vile tasting). Watch the baking time. It says to bake for 30-35 minutes. I checked it at 30 minutes and thought it had browned just a bit too much--is that an altitude problem?

When you come to visit we are going to stay up all night watching girly movies filled with manly men and eating THOSE brownies. Must. Have. Chocolate. Now.

(Word verification: Estur. Is that the queen in the Bible? Or is that the holiday after Festivus?)

Wow! Right with you on the Hershey's (that stuff is grainy and I'm used to delicious Cadbury's) but that looks awesome yummy.

I just love reading your blog. Your are so funny....in one post you write about these delicious looking bars and in the post just prior to it you write about putting on a few pounds and that you are in the biggest loser contest. Girl, not gonna win if you eat these bars! I'm not even sure you qualify to be in a contest of this nature.....too thin! Love all your entries! I am coming to Utah in May, but only for 2 days, but then I will be back in July for a week....lets get together!
