Game On Continued
So one week has passed since my Sister threw down the challenge of losing 3 pound by the time she comes to visit on March 12th. Since then Cranat has also joined the movements. So ladies it is time to report. For myself, I have lost 1 1/2 pounds over the last week. Having a challenge and being required to report has really worked well for me and helped me to stay on track with good portions, more fruits and vegetables (except for yesterday), and gym attendance so thank you ladies. How is it going for you?

Okay so Girl Scout Cookies have ruined my dieting! I have lost 1 pound as of today. It would have been more if the cookies were not staring me in the face all day yesterday :) Keep up the good work Courtney...I am running this afternoon!
I am ashamed to say that after my St. George excursion this weekend I am either the same or up .5 lbs. (The scale said both...) I will do better this week!

Monday is my weigh in day and I am proud to say that I lost 3 pounds last week!! This week my goal is to get all my fruits and veggies in every day. I am too good at using up my daily points (I am following weight watchers) on little bites of chocolate (cadbury mini egges.).
I should add that I have WAY more to lose than you - so my 3 pound loss probably equals a .5 pound loss from you. Seriously. I am ashamed to admit how much I have to lose. :(
Kimberly--Congrats! 3 pounds is great regardless of how much you have to lose. And yes, those cadbury mini eggs can be deadly! Good luck on the fruits and veggies thing. I am trying to do better about that--really such a great way to lose weight cause by the time you drink all you water and eat all your fruits and vegs there is just not room in the stomach for much else.
